These are the names I have so far; I need beer styles yet for Perry, Vanessa, and Matt.  Anyone else, please send me your information no later than tomorrow afternoon as this will go to Jeff Bruning Wednesday for printing in his event flyer.

Hello All,

I just received an e-mail from Jeff...here are some additional details on Brewfest.

*  He needs the names of the ALL the IBU brewers bringing beer; this holds true for the other brew clubs as well.  He is getting the event publication put together and if you want your name it please send me an e-mail...so far from the IBU I have...

If I've missed anyone, let me know ASAP and I'll get you on the list (preferably this week).  Also, he would like to know the NAME of your beer so he can include that as well.  I'm only handling IBU, I believe Lauri is handling the RRBC, not sure about ABL or Pella.

*  All Brewers bringing kegs will get free admission and Vendor Credentials; basically, you can walk around and sample all you want plus get behind all the vendors tables...pretty cool.
*  Set up starts on NOON Saturday.
*  If your beer is not going through the draft box, you will need to bring something to put the keg into (bucket, cooler, etc) and your own faucet....ALL ice will be provided.
*  The Brewfest this year will be at 322 SW 3rd Street (the corner of SW 3rd & MLK) on the gravel parking lot on the west side of the building.  It is a half block from the Bait Shop.

Thanks, and like I said, please make sure I've included your name on the list (if you've volunteered) and send me the names of your brews.
