[IBU] sabco/kegs.com False Bottom

Thanks for all the info.

Right now I use a flat 10" SS screen which works fine for whole hops and a
partial mix w/ pellets. I also run a pump followed by a shirron chiller. I
find my runoffs quite slow... Particularly like in the last 10 gallon batch
with a few ounces of hops (Was either 9 or 10 oz...) In this case, I'm
getting a trickle out the end of the shirron. I was pondering whether more
surface area w/ the Sabco (15") screen would suffice. I also wonder whether
the "seal" on the side of the kegs would prevent any trub carry through.

Thx all!

I have a brew Magic system, and so ... yes, the SABCO false bottom works
fine w/ the filtering of both leaf and pellet hops ;0) happy brewing
