[IBU] Where do you get kegs of beer locally

I don't buy kegs very often, but I have heard people say the prices have
gone way up in the past 6 months.  You could always fill your ball-locks
with one of the local brewpubs' "light" beers for the masses and get
another filled with a wheat or pale ale.
