[IBU] Name Tag Holders?

Thanks.  I saw the Avery kit from Sam's Club is only $34 for 40 badges which is about $10 less than Staples and Office Depot.  I've also seen a place online where I can order badges for $.37 each, but I'd need to get 100 of them.  I'll probably just go to Sam's and get them there since they will come with the proper inserts.

I think I stole those from work. :)  They're just Avery brand and the box came with the holders and name tag stock.
