[IBU] Hidden Gems

I suggest Andy Groomes' house on Palmer Place. It sports a great view
of downtown and there is plenty of room in the front and the back for
relaxing. He is not a paying IBU member, but many of you already know
him. He also has a Saison that will apparently rock your socks off.
