[IBU] The Brewfest is cancelled for this weekend

I ran in to Jeff while down checking out the river and he said The
Brewfest is cancelled for this weekend.   He didn't have any details on
when it might be rescheduled.  

He will send out an official announcement later when he gets a chance.
I think he is a little swamped right now...
