[IBU] water's receeding

So the malt is on higher ground, and most of the water in my grain room is gone for now.  I still ended up losing about 1500 -2000 lbs of malt unfortunately.  The good news is that the beer is still safe, and I'll do everything in my power to ensure that it stays that way.  We'll be open tomnight at 4:30, and they plan to stay open, barring a tidal wave on Court Ave.  Haven't heard anything from Jeff about brewfest (understandably) so I'm assuming it's still on.  Hope you're all staying dry ;)
