[IBU] Brewfest 2008

      Hello everyone,
   
        We will be making a determination by noon on Friday (6/13/08) if we are going to postpone the event.  The way it looks right now we should be able to proceed as planned.  The biggest problem I forsee is the perception that we are cancelling, but by noon we should know a lot more about the situation, so stay tuned.
        Here is what you need to know about the set up for the Brewfest: Set up will begin at noon on Saturday, June 14th and we need everything set up by 2:30 p.m.  The Brewfest will provide ice, limited electricity, tables, and trash receptacles. We will also be providing a 10 foot spot under the Iowa Brewers Guild tent.  YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE ICE TUBS, PITCHERS, BOTTLE OPENERS, TAPPING EQUIPMENT, DECORATIONS, OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU MAY NEED THAT IS NOT PROVIDED.  We wish we could supply some of these items but everyone has different needs.  Please feel free to bring any souvenirs you may want to sell, any brewery schwag, brewery information, menus, etc.
