[IBU] Faucet Direct To Ball Lock Quick Disconnect

Anybody know where I can pick up one of these faucet direct to the ball lock
disconnect for my keg?

And how many of those 12 gram co2 containers does it usually take to push
out an entire 5 gallon keg?
