As most of you know RAGBRAI is taking place next week and the riders are spending Tuesday night, July 22nd in Ames. Bill Pierce and his wife are staying overnight at my house and I thought it would be a good opportunity to get together and share a few beers with the Bill.

Dave Coy has provided a ¼ barrel of Maibock and I also have a number of beers that we can sample. Colette and I will provide supper so I would like to get a rough estimate of how many of you want to come up that evening.

Bill thinks he should be in Ames about 3 in the afternoon, so we can start the party anytime after that. For those of you who haven't been to our house we live at 25405 Sand Hill Trail which is east of Ames. Take I35 to Highway 30. Take 30 East towards Nevada. The first gravel road to the south is Sand Hill Trail. Go south a mile and ½. Our driveway is on the west side of the road. I'll have a sign out at the end of the driveway.
