Welcome captive readers to the newest edition of the Jimmy Carter Happy Hour.  On tap this week is  Lauri Glasgow (Hey, that's ME!).  Splitting the taps with me is repeater Brian Lenderts.  Brian is bring a refreshing Dortmunder Export.  A nice German style with a lot of character, but not a lot of bite.  I'll be serving up the near famous Obsidian Coffee Oatmeal Stout.  Creamy, sweet and highly caffeinated.  And a secret tap for subscriber's only.  I have about 1 gallon of Apfel Kuchen hard cider left, so get there early and be sure to ask for it.  Apples, honey, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, all it needs is a scoop of ice cream. 

And next week, its Déjà vu!  Brian Lenderts will be back!  He'll be serving up his own "Bitter Bitch" American Pale Ale.  Sure to please the hop lovers.  Also available is a Sorachi Ace American Wheat.  Due to the hop shortage, Brian's been experimenting.  Sorachi Ace hops have a distinct lemongrass aroma, no extra fruit on the side needed.  Be sure to try this one!
