[IBU] Pot Luck after IBU Open

Just double checking here, but is there still going to be a pot luck after the IBU Open at the Walker Johnston Shelter House?  I remember seeing an email saying that there couldn't be alcoholic beverages in Iowa parks, or is that some kind of upcoming legislation?
