[IBU] Brew Year's Eve

Greetings all,

For those of you who don't know, 2008 is the 75th anniversary of the 21st ammendment.  The actual date is April 7, but as that's a Monday, we'll be celebrating on the 4th.  We'll be seting up that middle room of our restaurant as a speakeasy, that will open at 10pm that night.  There will be Templeton Rye and several beers available, including one that's been aging in Templeton bnarrels for almost 2 months now.  Price for admission to the speakeasy is $35, and gets you some tasty snacks, and an open bar.  Now that I'm done promoting, I mentioned this once to Sabus I think, but I have an old recipe that is allegedly one of Capone's speakeasy beers.  Anyone with lager brewing capabilty that's interested in making a batch, and bringing it to the party for sampling, let me know.  I'll front whatever ingredients I have in house that you may need.
