[IBU] Oktoberfest Options

I actually thought about showing up tonight until I saw the agenda.
Geez.  What a long winded bunch.  Seems like a lot to go over for a
group that just wants to brew a little beer.

Too bad about the lodge.   That is a great place for the fest.  I don't
know if Sunday is a good idea or not, but it probably doesn't matter.  I
was trying to think of a similar place close, but since all the city
parks have an alcohol ban I couldn't come up with any.  I don't like the
idea of driving to Saylorville or Big Creek, though it could be an
option.

Perhaps we should discuss the IBU Oktoberfest planning this evening.
Attached is a calendar view of the reservation system for the Walnut
Woods Shelter.  We have been at this shelter for the past 5 yrs+ and
does cost ~$200 rental.  As shown below, no Saturdays are left open in
September or October.  The discussion this evening can decide on whether
we use this venue and move the Oktoberfest to a Sunday or whether we
move the Oktoberfest to a new venue entirely.  Perhaps we don't' have it
at all?  The ideal Sundays would be Sept 7 - 14 - or 21st.  Or October
5th.  Please bring suggestions.
