Greetings!
I've created a petition to pass around to folks regarding the Lift The Limit issue. Right now you can find it on the web site I just started creating (www.LiftTheLimit.com), and soon I hope to have on-line petition signing and more info on the site.
It's not much, but it's a start. I'd like to find a way to coordinate this issue between the brewers, brewries, brew pubs, homebrew clubs, beer entheusiests, distributors, etc. Suggestions, comments, questions?

Perhaps we should discuss the IBU Oktoberfest planning this evening.
Attached is a calendar view of the reservation system for the Walnut
Woods Shelter. We have been at this shelter for the past 5 yrs+ and
does cost ~$200 rental. As shown below, no Saturdays are left open in
September or October. The discussion this evening can decide on whether
we use this venue and move the Oktoberfest to a Sunday or whether we
move the Oktoberfest to a new venue entirely. Perhaps we don't' have it
at all? The ideal Sundays would be Sept 7 - 14 - or 21st. Or October
5th. Please bring suggestions.
