[IBU] Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy

My wife loves Summer Shandy and I am thinking about trying to replicate it. Anyone have any ideas on it. I thought I would use my Blue moon Clone recipe. I would leave out the coriandar and orange peel.  My biggest question is when would you put in the lemonade and then how much to use. I will be kegging it so would I do it then. Any ideas would be appreciated.
