American Oat Lager!!!!
What a great description and idea. Love how homebrewers push the envelope. 

I'm pretty sure none of you know how often I take inspiration from those of
you who don't have to worry about whether or not a beer "will sell."

Love the combination of a Czech pils with American Hop bouquet and oats.
Keep it up.

I think I am down for April 10th.

The tentative line up is as follows:

1. Belgian Tablebier

2.  American Oat Lager (Experimental).
An adaptation of an American wheat beer combining undermodified Czech and 
oat malts in a decoction mash.  Bittered as a European pils with American 
"C" hops and fermented with a clean Pilsner yeast.  Whole hops added to the 
keg for a rotund hop experience.  A dry, cloudy, straw colored beer that I 
call "The Bitter Quaker."

Susan and I hope to see you on April 10th.
