[IBU] September Meeting Minutes

Hello,

I forgot to mention two items last night:

1)  Should we consider placing an add in Zymurgy, Brew Your Own, etc.
for the upcoming IBU Open?  This is something we should decide on in
October or November so that we can get the add into the magazine in
time.

2)  To avoid having to do it at the Holiday Party, should we consider
holding the President and Secretary elections at the November meeting?
The newly elected would still take office in January, but it might allow
for a little more focused election if we do it in November.  ...just a
thought.  Let me know if you feel strongly either way.

per Randle's email, I will be accepting money for one more week.
Thank you to Brian Lenderts who paid via paypal today...we are now
100% settled up with the clothing sales.  we still have 2X shirts and
hats for sale that the club deliberately bought extras.  $12 for
shirts and $10 for hats.

I still have not received BYO magazine money from George Patten,
Theron Conrey, Vanessa Kinnear, Mike Young, Charles Johnson. please
email me so I know what your intentions are.  if I do not hear from
you, I'll pull your name off the list before submitting and you'll
have to renew or signup on your own.

on a more personal note: thanks to Jim Doolittle for driving last
night, thanks to Leo Koster for hauling our grain (I still owe you
some money), thanks to Bill Van Zante for hauling the blue totes to
the meeting.  And a future thanks in advance to Mike Edwards who is
going to make me blank name tags so we can get the rest of the paying
members actual name tags instead of beer stains on your shirts. ;)
