[IBU] treasurer stuff

big thanks to Andy Cleghorn for paying for his clothing at the brewfest in
Amana.
For those that came, hope you had as much fun as I did today, for those that
didn't, maybe we can convince you to come next year.   I enjoyed this fest
much more than the DSM one, only because we could network with 6 other brew
clubs and almost all the brewpubs in IA.  Next year there is rumored to be
at least 9 brew clubs present.
