[IBU] treasurer stuff

Ran to the bank this morning to do some depositing and thought I'd update
everybody (& ask for more money).

Clothing
My records show that everybody's picked up their clothing now but there are
two discrepancies
1) I still need payment from: Brian Lenderts = $12 and Andy Cleghorn = $26
2) I also have one Navy XL t-shirt left over. (the only people that ordered
something of this type are: Emmerson, Martin, & Patten) did one of you pick
up the wrong size/color by mistake?

Dues
I'm not naming names yet, but there are at least 5 regular attending members
that still haven't paid (you know who you are) and 7 members that show up
semi-regularly but haven't been to a meeting this fiscal year (July 07 to
June08) yet, so I can't hound them if they decide to drop membership.

Brew Your Own magazine sales
I didn't send out an email last time to bring money, so it doesn't surprise
me that we only had 5 people pay.  But we did have 20 people sign up.  I
also (in the spirit of laziness) brought the list from last year and just
had people initial their name if they wanted to renew or cross off the name
if they didn't.  These are the names that do not have any indication, please
email me what your intentions are or I will assume it is a non-renewal:
Lenderts, Iiams, M. Simpson, Stainbrook, Rosener, Ley, Wanderscheid, & C.
Smith.
also if anybody else is interested our club gets a rate of $13 and you can
bring the cash/check to the meetings or paypal me at ibutreasurer at gmail.com,
please include your name, mailing address and if it is a NEW or RENEWAL,
BYO needs this info apparently so you don't get twice the junk mail asking
you to renew.  If you renewed on your own already you have two options, (a)
you can renew again and it will tack another 12 months to your cycle, or (b)
you can wait until next year for us to do the discount again.

if you have any questions whether you've paid, or signed up for BYO, etc,
just reply back to this email address or to the ibutreasurer at gmail.comaddress.
