[IBU] Jimmy Carter Happy Hour

I'm sure this has been discussed, but please tell me again how one goes about getting their beer in the lineup for Jimmy Carter Happy Hour? Do I need to contact Jeff directly? And if so, how? 
Also, I may be able to help out with the IBU logo sticker for the white board. I've got a vinyl sticker cutter and, depending on the complexity of the logo, could probably cut one for us.
