[IBU] beer protects against Alzheimers

Do you suppose the mice got cheese with the beer? And they used male mice. What are they trying to say?

You can check but I believe that if the mice were getting 2.5ml of a commercial beer (notice even the mice didn't want to drink the commercial stuff!) and the mice weighed 30g they were getting 1/15 of their body weight in beer. If a person gets 1/15 of their body weight in beer and let's say for simple math that a person weighs 200 pounds or approx 91kg then they would be forces to drink 7560 ml of commercial beer per week or 201.4 oz = 21 cans of beer per week (which probably came in an aluminum can - duh where do you suppose the Al came from?)

If one is drinking 21 cans per week of a commercial beer has the brain damage already occurred?

If I have a choice between a glass of beer and a glass of silicon, I believe that I know what my choice would be!

This article will soon be in press in a peer-reviewed, respected, high-quality toxicology journal; this is not Internet fluff!

(okay, if you're not a scientist, at least read the Introduction and Conclusion sections)

gives new meaning to the cliché, "food for thought"
