[IBU] Endorsements

Hi Randle,

I will need to decline your nomination.  But thank you for the vote of
confidence.  I belong to a running group that meets on Mondays so I usually
miss several of the IBU meetings (including tonight because I am bringing
the beer for a chili dinner afterwards).

How about Dave Rost?  If he accepts, I will do my best to cover any
meetings that he cannot attend.
