[IBU] Beer Fest Volunteers

Sounds like fun, but I will be cooking in Marshalltown that weekend.  I
used to volunteer every year for the old BrewFest and it was always a
good time.  Interesting that a cell phone is required for sign up.  I
would have to think twice about that.
