[IBU] CABCO 5 beers in 5 days

For anyone that is interested, here is some info from Mike Gauthier on Court Avenue's 5 beers in 5 days:

3 of the beers are only 5 gallon batches (Bourbon Cherry Stout, Muscat Saison and the Wheat Grape hybrid), and the Wit is part of the regular seasonal rotation.  The prize of the week is really the "Imperial" Red that I aged in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels.  That one comes out on Tuesday.  There'll be reps from Woodford pouring whiskey that evening too.  The Wit on Thursday (along with our beer dinner).  The Saison will come out on Mon, the Bourbon Cherry Stout on Wed and the hybrid will come out on Friday.  The grape juice in the hybrid is from locally grown Stuben (sp?) grapes.  I worked part of the harvest for Madison County Winery and they were willing to give me some free juice to play with.  There will be someone from the winery here that night too.
