[IBU] Wild Rosemary

I am looking to make a batch of Gruit, but can not find any Wild Rosemary.  Does anyone know the difference between Wild Rosemary and Domestic (regualr) Rosemary?  Would you have to be a Gruit afficianado to taset the difference in the finished product?
