Bring your home brewing questions, comments, hints, tips, tricks, reviews, for sale items, and most of all, home brew to the IBU Meeting at 7:00 PM CDT at the Holiday Inn on Merle Hay road.  The style of the month is Scottish Ale, categories 9 a, b, and C.  Brewers of the month are Mark Simpson and Ron Staab.
