[IBU] Pro/Am Brew Contest

I just got off the phone with Eric Sorensen, brewer at Rock Bottom.  While asking him to speak at an upcoming IBU meeting, he mentioned that he is looking for a co-brewer to enter a Pro/Am contest.  Some of you may remember that Mikey T. was his partner last year.  Anyway, the brewing will be done in early September, it must be legal under Iowa law (i.e. No double imperial IPAs) and must be something that they will be able to sell.  If you are interested, give him a call or shoot him an email immediately, because the application is due on Monday July2, 2007.
