Ok, here is the setup.

 

I want to learn to all grain brew. I don't have a method yet, but I learn a
lot better hands on than reading or watching a video so here is what I
propose. 

I want to assist in brewing a 10 gallon batch of all grain. I will buy the
ingredients and you provide the knowledge and equipment. We split the 10
gallon batch.

 

What you will need:

Water

Equipment (Pots, propane, etc)

 

What I will provide:

My own fermentor for 5 gallons

All ingredients (I will pick up a kit unless you have a special grain bill)

A few steaks to grill if you have a grill.

 

The conditions:

You explain and allow me to assist (while you sit back and drink) while I
take notes.

Has to be done Friday July 20th (after 6 pm) or Sunday July 22nd  (Whenever
start time).

 

What you get out of the deal:

Free help (or hindrance, take your pick)

5 free gallons of what ever we decide to brew (prefer a stout or pale ale,
but am flexible)
