Hey, Brian - we're following up for Jeff regarding the event next week. I may have e-mailed you already, if I did sorry. We'll be mailing out a confirmation letter to you later this week with set-up details - please pass along to the others.
You may unload your equipment onto the event site and then park your cars in a lot or on the street somewhere. We will provide ice, tent space, two 6' tables and minimal electricity. We need you to bring all tapping equipment including CO2. Set-up anytime after about noon - event opens at 3pm.
Look for the letter with more info and feel free to e-mailme directly with any questions. Thanks for supporting this event!
Steve

Hi Jeff,
Here are the beers that IBU members have committed to bringing as of today. These are solid. There may be more available as well as I'm thinking of bringing an extra keg of something and I think some additional folks might jump on board later.
A few questions...
* Will you have ice available?
* Will there be a C02? (if not, most of us have our own cylinders)
* What time do you want us there to set up?
* Where can we park? These kegs will be full so the shorter distance we have to lug them the better...
* Do you have our logo and/or banner? If not, we'll bring it with us.
Thanks much, and feel free to call me anytime prior to the event. Oh, and I did talk to my mom and dad and they remember you folks very well...small world!
Later,
Brian
Brian Sabus
Beer Name: Summer Kölsch
A rather mild beer, less bitter than a Pilsner, with some citrus and herbal notes in the finish. Sometimes confused with a lager, this is actually an ale with lager characteristics. Made with pale malts, wheat, and Hallertau Hersbrucker and Saphir hops.
Steve Becker
Beer Name: Becker's Belgian Wit
Belgian Witbier with sweet orange peel and coriander seed. A great, easy drinking, summertime beer.
Brian Lenderts
Beer name: IPA2
An intensely hoppy American "Imperial" IPA. Also dry hopped with several ounces of Centennial hops.
Lauri Glassgow
Beer name: Fireside Porter
A porter with some definite coffee notes.
Adam Draeger
Beer Name: German Alt
An altbier made with home-roasted 2-row for color, tettnager hops and dry yeast fermentation
John Martin
Beer Name: American IPA Hop Head Extreme
The Hop Head Extreme is a very malty, hoppy American IPA. This beer is made with a variety of malts, including Maris Otter Pale, Durst Dark Munich and several crystal malts.
