[IBU] High Octane Yeast

Yea, when I started this batch I had to add the invert sugar a little at a  
time. The blackberrys were also extra sweet last summer. What with doing the  
sweetner in batches I had no idea what the SG was. After the initial  
fermentation and I realized how sweet it finished I used a sparkling wine yeast  
starter but it didn't do much. Maybe if I can get some of this high octane yeast  
used for corn I can make a starter and add the wine in batches. If it works  
maybe I'll try it in the truck. At least it'll make my exaust smell good. Wife  
always complaining about that.
