According to freetranslation.com, "Weihnacht Bier" means "Christmas
Beer" in German.  I have never tried that before, but I don't think that
I have ever really had a bad beer from Kumbacher.

I "rescued" a 5 liter can of this beer from Ingersoll liquors this
weekend, and am trying to help it loose weight this evening. 

 

Very nice malt flavor with lots of caramel sweetness (not to mention a
nice picture of St. Nick on the can).

 

The label reads "Weihnacht Bier," I believe, but it's pretty hard to be
sure because of the stylized font. From the web site, I'm thinking that
it's supposed to be their winter beer, but the "nacht" means night
doesn't it? I guess "Winter's Night" makes sense as well.

 

Any German speaking members out their?

 

Anyone else find this very tasty beer this holiday season?
