[IBU] Jaggery

This question is for those who adjust their water profiles.  I have an
Indian food store a block from my house (yes, in Pella, IA) and they sell a
softer rock candy called Jaggery.  It is as cheap as Belgium rock candy &
it's toted on websites to be a healing sugar due it's "higher mineral
contents" (ie, it's gonna mess with the profile). Do you think one can
substitute jaggery for Belgium or rock candy without adversely affecting the
brewing water profile?
