[IBU] BYO Subscription Reminder

I got a message from Adam that we are 3 subscriptions short of the minimum for 
the BYO half price offer.  This is a great deal and is available for both new 
subscriptions and renewals.  Here is the information from Adam's original 
message:

It's that time of year again. One year subscription for 1/2 price ($12.47).
I'll take your word for it over email, but If I don't see a paypal or a check by 
the time I mail it in, then I'm not submitting your name.
If you are interested I will need,
1. name and address
2. new or renewal
3. $12.47 for exact or $13.00 to Paypal "ibutreasurer at gmail.com" (this still 
doesn't cover the entire Paypal fee, but we'll split it)

Here's the deal, I'm going to be at Oktoberfest in DSM this Saturday, then I 
leave for the Munich Oktoberfest the following Friday.  I will send out the form 
and money to BYO on Thursday 21st at Noon.
you have several options for payment:
1. Bring money with you to Oktoberfest this saturday
2. Bring money to the meeting (I can't make the meeting, so I'm electing Randall to collect the money and send it all at once)
3. Paypal to ibutreasurer at gmail.com ($13.00)
4. mail a check independently.
