[IBU] Help wanted

I need help.  Many of you brew with Propane.  So do I.  I have a 100lb bottle that I need refilled.  That is good for 15 batches of homebrew.  The Flying J truck stop or Ferrel Gas will fill it but there are regulations about how you transport a bottle that big.  Apparently the bottel needs to be secured vertically and can only be transported with a vehicle that has a safety screen in the back window.  That means I cant throw it in the trunk of the Chrysler.  Ferrel Gas will give me a new bottle and exchange it when empty but only with a company not with a private homeowner.  That's mean spirited but apparently it has to do with some legal liability issues.
 
Anyone got a truck like that or know of a way I can get this bottle filled or exchanged?
