[IBU] Jan 2007 Brewers of the Month

yes, $20 for ingredients, but only if you bring the beer. it doesn't count
if you "told" us you made a batch.
Another motivator we were toying around with was some award for the
person(s) who brought the beer the most frequently throughout the year.  As
long as Randle records who brought when, I think we can decide on an award
later.
